I can’t get into my account. What should I do?

  1. Visit the Forgot Password page to retrieve your account information. If you don’t see an email from AppLovin, check your spam folder.
  2. If this is the first time you are trying to log into AppLovin, your account might still be pending approval.
  3. When you try to log in you may see a message that says your account has been temporarily locked: “Your account has been temporarily locked. Please attempt to log in later.”
    • You may see this error after you have repeatedly failed to log in. Try waiting 20 minutes and then log in again. AppLovin employees cannot remove this lock or reduce the lock period.
